How To Choose The Best Healthy Diet
The Key to choosing your best healthy diet.
Pay Close Attention to how you select your principal meal.
The easiest way to find the best healthy diet for you is to pay close attention to what you eat, and how it makes you feel. Your meal may also include a smoothie diet, which will be discussed later.
It might seem like a time-consuming process, but you should write down everything you eat for at least a week.
Don’t eat differently.
Don’t eat any differently from how you normally do.
If you usually have pizza twice a week for supper, for instance, go ahead and eat it as you normally do.
Write it down.
Then write down what you ate, as well as how you felt afterwards.
After a few days, you should have a log of everything you’ve eaten over the last few days (a week or more is ideal) as well as notes about how you felt after eating and your general sense of wellbeing.
For example, did you wake up feeling puffy? Were you cranky a couple of hours after a heavy meal for no apparent reason, or was your mood fine?
Chose a diet that interests you.
Now, select a healthy eating diet that interests you.
Whether it’s low-fat, vegetarian, or low-carb doesn’t matter at this point in time.

Just choose the one that appeals the most to you.
If you’re trying to lose weight, obviously select one designed for weight loss.
But if you’re looking to simply follow a healthy eating plan, then just pick one that seems nutritionally sound to you and that you can follow without feeling deprived and miserable.
The Smoothie Diet was created by Drew Sgoutas, a Board Certified Health Coach and Nutrition Expert.
The plan is simple. For 21 days, you swap out two of your three meals with delicious, hearty, nutrient-dense smoothies. That’s it.
You can still have snacks and one whole food-based meal throughout the day, and you won’t have to stress about planning them since the Smoothie Diet guide includes sample meals and snacks .

Time to switch.
So you can change from a high-carbohydrate healthy eating diet to a lower-carbohydrate plan.
Then keep track just as you have been doing and see how you feel about this new plan.
High protein diet.
If you choose a healthy eating diet that’s pretty low in carbohydrates and stresses protein and fat, and you find that you feel nauseous a lot or just out of sorts,
then it’s clear that you don’t want to spend the rest of your life eating that way.
Keep track of your weight.
You’ll also want to keep track of your weight during this time and see how each different way of eating affects the scales.
By keeping track this way, you can even pinpoint individual foods that might make you feel bad or cause cravings, so you can avoid them in your new healthy eating diet.
To help you keep track of what you eat and how you feel, you may want to get a copy of a Fitness Journal and a scale from HERE.
